Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe you're only supposed to use 4hi/4lo when you're stuck like in snow or mud.

Is it my U-Joint?

When I stop at a red light and then start up again there is a noticable clunk, lots of vibration while cruising to a stop and slight delay if slowly accelarting. Is it my u-joint?

I think you could easily fabricate a bracket or some type of mount off of the inner bull bar, judging from your work on the roof rack. :D

I haven't done my rims yet but from experience with my emblems I would just peel it off after. Taping up the wheels would be very tedious. Also if you have any over spray, you can easily buff it out with a microfiber cloth or rag.
