Good job mounting it over the roof instead of the windshield. You can actually use it off road that way.

Re: Bigger tires- how to improve ride?

the steering wheel vibrates enough to get seriously annoying. Occasionally the back will jump around. My car behaves precisely the same way. I put in a 2" lift and KOs and it handled fine, then after two years with no changes it started getting wobbly so I don't buy the theory that tires or li...

Is this a generally common issue with the IRS on these vehicles? Not sure which issue you mean. Does the rear alignment being out cause drivability issues? Yes. Do bushings wear out in only 6 years? Sometimes, it seems. Do the alignment bolts commonly rust in place? Yes Do shops sometimes not align...

Just for the benefit of others who haven't looked yet, here's a pic of the bolt in question hitting gas the tank.

Besides cutting, the bolt can be removed by lowering the subframe.
There are six subframe bolts, three on each side. loosen the opposite side so the subframe can tilt. Loosen the three on the side you are working on until the subframe tilts low enough to get the LCA bolt out.

It's not too hard.

Assuming a 2 inch lift: For the front, you can get camber to spec with camber bolts on the lower control arm. I have not heard of using camber bolts on upper arms before. Caster will still be less than stock. I suggest getting SPC upper control arms. They allow you to get caster back to stock, which...

I want those LCAs.
But I'm confused. The ball joint mount is angled up, which will be good for preventing ball joint bind at full droop, but your ride is lowered, not lifted.
So I'm confused.

Yes. I've had a 2 in spring lift using Radflos for the last three years. Last week I put on SPC UCAs set to add 1 degree of caster and the handling is night and day. More like stock not wandering all around. I wish I had done this three years ago.

Sorry for the late answer, but, per the owner's manual, ABLS (Active Brake Limited Slip) is always active. It does not turn off when VDC is turned off. It does not turn off in 4LO. In 2WD mode it works on two wheels, in 4WD mode it works on four wheels, or, more accurately, it works on two pairs of ...
