Can I just go to autozone or one or those places to scan the code ? Or do you mean there is something else I should do?

No it is not on.
The is issue happens sporadically though, on a 20 minute drive it may come on 2-3times max. Each time for 30seconds and then turn back to normal.

Lately as I have been riding on the highway, my 4wd warning light will come on and my square display that is inside the tach goes blank. I have the knob set to 2wd.
Any ideas on whatâ€™s going on ??

Can I use All Purpose Cleaner or do I have to use Brake Cleaner ? I am worried about the APC on the brake pads, and worried about the Brake Cleaner on the rims.

I canâ€™t remember the model, but Wagner brand. The old were whatever the last owner had on there.

I guarantee the rotors are new. I know it looks pitted by rust, but itâ€™s just small surface rust and the pads have cleaned off the area where they run. Itâ€™s not pitted at all. They are only a few days old .

So if I have to get the upstream sensor anyway, should I replace that first.. see if that fixes the CEL ? Then if not, then replace the car?

But if it is the o2 sensor, how will I know? Other than changing the cat and the code stays on. I donâ€™t want to do one and it end up bring the other.

I have read up on this code and it seems everyone has to replace the cats. My question is that since I have the 430 code and not the 420 code, so I need to replace both cats or just one? Thatâ€™s the problem, I have no mats at all ! I never even had oem. I wouldnâ€™t even mind oem but not for $100.
So I just want a set of $25 mats but each one is it differently cut so who knows which will fit until you try it.
