yeah I have the Bose system, and a 12` sub; and the sub make the vibrations worst. But I pull apart the door about 4 months before installing the sub. well the headlights projects is a cheap one, just need 1 spray can, and some time. I got water once pouring from somewhere in the pedals passing really fast a little lake.

Other time water came in through the back doors only a little.

Over the hood several times, but as long you dont go fast the water everything is fine

Hey Valenburg very nice, now you should think doing the headlights, just the triangular orange parts. Hello, well no one has comment, I think this project is a bit difficult.

Updates, I have investigate a lot, and now Im doing my design, so far I will attach the bumper to the frame just like the ARB's do.
