Based on stuff I've read on the Internet, you have to talk to a supervisor and possibly the supervisor's supervisor and threaten to cancel everything but they have done it.

ETA: Also, if it works for you, you may be able move the Sirius satellite unit from the X to the Pathy.

The service manual link here is a PDF document containing a Table of Contents with links to other PDF documents. I suspect you need the actual Adobe Acrobat Reader for Mac as I believe your third-party PDF viewer doesnt support links.
