PS: There is a Pathy of our gen that comes with stock 245s BTW:
245/75R16

So the slimmer width of your tire should not be a deal breaker

Also you may want to check if your town has a automotive upholstery shop.
Most bigger cities do.
depending on the nature of the tear they might be able to fix it for a reasonable price.. or even re-stuff your seat if its lost its firmness
