I don't have any experince with them, but keep us posted. The rear on the PF sags so much that those OME's may be the thing it needs.

...Do you know how many revisions of R51 tranny there are? I would like to hear someone likeTech weigh-in before I start re-routing hoses.
It's not the trans that fails, it's the radiator (which then causes the fluids to mix).

OK so let me get this straight. You guys all just preformed this bypass based on good faith from a post left from a member with only 2 posts on the site? Has anyone else here had an issue with their Coolant and ATF mixing? Maybe you haven't read all the posts in this thread, but there has been more...

I don't think 6000K will be very white. 4300K is the whitest you can get in my experience. Those will have a blueish tint to them (which I find annoying)

So finally got a chance to go to the dealer. They don't sell the links individually. So you have to buy the whole little box. He didn't know which one was which part number in his system so he ordered both.

He said one of them cost $15 and the other cost $19

Don't replace a 20 amp fuse with a 30 amp unless you want to melt your wires. The amperage is there for a reason. It is better you find your problem than try to mask it with a bigger fuse.

Well, since no one knew the answer, here it is: The whole little box pulls out as a single unit. I'll go to the dealer next week and see if the links can be replaced individually or as a whole unit.

there are two boxes under the hood that also have fuses in them. IIRC, the biggest one closest to the passenger side firewall is where that fuse is.

How are the fuseable links replaced?

The wire on my electric brake controller has (had) some exposed pins in the connector and I accidentally touched it against ground causing the fuseable link to blow. When I look at the link it is in a little plastic compartment separate from the other fuses. Does that whole unit lift out or do you o...

... This leads me to the conclusion that I should just fill it up with recommended volume when the time comes. What are you thoughts on this? Draining the trans doesn't get all the fluid out. The torque converter still has a lot in it. So don't try to fill it up to the full capacity when you do thi...
