The hole is in the big canister closest to where the exhaust ends. Has anyone ever deleted this with a straight pipe? Or put a different one in? Sounds like absol...

So is your grill aftermarket or did you just paint over the chrome? I hate all the chrome on mine. Its the stock grill. I just cut out the factory honey comb and replaced it with wire mesh. then painted the chrome on it black. if you search clubfrontier for "grill mod" or something simili...

Thanks for the links. The various Frontier threads have me wanting to do this mod now. We'll see. I ordered a pair of the Hella FF75 last night with a cheapo HID ddmtuning kit, so if that doesn't provide the light I want, then I'll be doing the grill & lights behind grill mods. no problem. Wher...

does anyone know how much fluid is needed for the front/rear diffs? i saw in the owners manual the weight that should be used but it had no mention of how much is needed. http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6146/5974501708_a9170bb9c4.jpg (larger image: http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6146/5974501708_a917...

Thanks. I could have out them further apart but I didn't want to block the trans cooler anymore then I had to. Also with the size of the lights I couldn't go to much further otherwise the grill would start blocking the lights. I was debating doing something similar to this guy on clubfrontier. http:...

There actually pretty bright. The wire mesh grill from what i can tell really doesn't block much if any light from shining through. Althought with the stock grill im sure the light output wouldn't be that good.

lights behind the grill

I removed my white rhino light bar and mounted the two hella 500's behind the grill. It wasn't as easy as i thought it would be. Not to much room to work with. But I like the end result and the lights fit perfect after measuring twice and drilling once. They currently had HID 3k bulbs in them but tha...
