You don't need air bags but they do help prevent the rear end from sagging, if you tow or carry heavy loads in the back. In addition, they help in daily driving by stiffening up the back end and helps reduce body roll. Just inflate them to suite your driving or deflate them for the dunes. Probably t...

Update. I went back to the shop and I am told that I have warped front rotors but they are not bad enough to change out, at this time. Not surprised based on how many times I drive the mountain passes and the Coquihalla Highway, even when I gear down. I did not have a vibration, in the steering whee...

I have the rear HD Bilstein rear shocks and the spacers, also with the addition of the air bags. For the front, I opted for the Rancho Quick Lifts, for two reasons. I liked the idea I could adjust the ride, as well I did not want to go to a shop to remove and reinstall the coil over the struts.

What a beautiful part of the world. I haven't seen the Grand Tetons since I was a little kid and that was some time ago.

Hey patomwazi, I ordered everything from 4x4parts.com with exception of the Firestone Coil-Rite air bags, I got those, here in Vancouver at North Shore Off Road. Since what I originally ordered was not one of their kits, I did not order off line but phoned 4x4Parts, asked some questions and ended up...

Oly, Come on down to the US and I'll meet up with you in Spokane Washington and let you drive my 08 V8. Love it. Hmm, next time I go to the Kootenays, I just may take you up on your offer. Castlegar is only about three hours away from Spokane. Would be great to meet and drive a V8. :) Looking at so...

I was able to get a Philips driver to make enough contact and loosen the screws, from the outside. The angle wasn't very good but it was enough. Here is a previous thread and some crappy pictures I took.

I have the Rancho front Quicklifts and rear spacers but also have the Bilstein rear shocks and airbags. I tried the 4x4Parts rear springs and only got about a 1/2" lift, in the rear and had a reverse rake. I traded the springs, for the spacers and now have a level truck with about 2" lift ...

In the USA Today - Today

Well, Actually Tuesday. Was down in Vegas, this past week and read a headline in the USA Today, Chrysler is fighting a recall on 2.7 million Jeeps because they can catch fire. Seems like 51 people have died, in fires, after being rear ended. Looks like it is not just Nissan that does not want to do ...

For some reason, V8's where never available new, in Canada. The only ones around are USA lease returns that where imported by some dealers and brokers. Eagle Ridge Chrysler (Port Moody) was bringing in dozens of USA Pathfinders, you may want to try them and Morrey Nissan in Coquitlam or Burnaby. The...

Had the Nissan hood deflector thrown in, when I bought the Pathy. Not one chip on the hood, definitatley works. Now the bumper is a different story.
