2006 Factory 6-disc and MP3 wierdness

Ok, It's been driving me nuts!!! I have 2 cd's that worked with MP3s. Anything else I try, no go.... BUT to my discovery, something may be amiss here with MP3 cd's and Nero Burning Rom... I use nero of all my authoring, never had an issue. For some reason, my MP3 (data) cd's won't work. It's been dr...

With 50k some miles on my original rear suspension, it will hop out on SERIOUSLY bad pavement and off-road (haha, kinda makes it fun off-road). When I put the bags in it, instant improvement. I haven't put in my rear 2" lift AC coils and Bilsteins yet, just haven't had the time, BUT in doing so...

Few questions: What are you coming from? (Van, sedan, wagon, etc) Since you bought used? Miles? Did you have the rear shocks checked out? For a SUV, the pathfinder I find is one of the better riding ones. The rear can wallow a bit depending on the road/curve/etc, but at the cost of giving it a smoot...

New brakes are like night and day, way better grab, firmer feel, not squishy at all... wow, that's almost NSFW, haha! The Rotors and hardware kits I picked up from RockAuto.com. Hawk pads are from Hawkpadsdirect.com and I forgot where I got the lines from... maybe tirerack (I know they have them), b...

New brake fun!

Besides taking 11 hours all day in +90 degree heat and 100% humidity (yes, I looked like I'd been in a pool, haha!) I replaced the front and rear brakes today on the Pathy. (Ok, so there was working on another Jeep and maybe beer involved so the brake job itself, including the three hour trip to get...

I went the cheaper route with the 5100 leveling bilsteins in the front (rear is the AC/bilstein combo with airbags). Yeah, the 285's, especially in a MT is a pretty damn meaty tire. My coworker actually has the exact same size on his jeep and loves em (he downsized from 35" tires, LOL!) Haha, o...

Speed bleeders?

Does anyone make brake speed bleeders for the Pathfinders? I usually use Russell, but I haven't found ones that match.

I installed the bags at about 40k. They work great!

New shocks can't hurt either.
