Remote Starter

Hello,

What are your opinions on the best remote start alarm out there? Is there one that I can use with my original nissan key fob? And how much does the install usually go for? Are there any cons for installing a remote starter? Thank you all so much.

Note taken, Its just sad that NYC has some of the worst nissan dealerships in the whole country. stay away from Kings Nissan! Got my '89 Pathfinder there brand new, and they tried to jerk us around like we didn't have the money to pay for the vehicle and we couldn't get financing. Ended up showing t...

NYC Dealerships

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has any experience with NYC Nissan dealerships? There are 2 in brooklyn, Kings Nissan and Bayridge Nissan, 1 in manhattan (Nissan of manhattan) and there are a bunch in queens (Nissan Koeppel). From my experiences, Queens has the lowest prices for oil changes and sma...

Heres the final product, it came out shinier than expected but overall I think it looks better than having a tan dock. http://www.flickr.com/photos/33710027@N03/3138527630/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/33710027@N03/3137700849/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/33710027@N03/3137700693/in/photostream/ http...

hahaha, I went with a metallic grey finish, being that the rest of my interior is grey I did not want to stray too far away from it otherwise it would look ricey. I will be installing the unit tomorrow, just got done painting and drying the dock today. I will post pics once everything is done! Thank...

I am also using duplicolor but I opted to use rim paint to hopefully help withstand some of the heat during hot summers with my windows closed. I used 6 coats of color paint and 6 coats of clear coat. Is that overkill? Thanks for your input! I painted over the ugly faux-wood trim on my LE. I used so...

Paint Interior Trim

Hello, Has anyone here ever painted the interior trim of their pathys? For example parts of the dash, ac vents etc. If so what type of paint should I be using? and will the paint last in the sunlight during the summer or will it eventually fade? Reason I'm asking is bc I purchased the Garmin dock fo...

Hi Markspath, Thank u so much for your reply. When u say low speed encounters do u think like a 15mph impact would hold up? I mean i saw the $1k fully functional bumper but that is for extreme off road which i never do, lol. Thank you again for your input!!! Hey falcondrgn, None of the bolt-on bumpe...

Re: First Mod, Bumper Guard

HI, I have been looking for a front guard for my pathfinder but never liked the ones that blocked the headlights. I really like the one u have but my question is will these just fold in the the grill in a light impact like a bull bar or is this guard actually functional and hold up during a light im...

Hi, Did you have to remove the gas shocks for the glass to remove the interior hatch panel? I got all the screws out but it seems like its still pretty tight on the hatch door and I cant seem to pry the panel off. Thank you so much for your help. i replaced mine early this year with superbright whit...

Damn, that means I have to take apart the whole damn panel on the inside. Can't believe it is that hard to change out the license plate lights on this pathfinder. This has got to be a design flaw. Thanks for chiming in though. Ah. It sounds different. The glass handle is all the way to the right on ...
