Not a big fan or the extended warrenty but I got it for mine for the simple reason that if anything happened to the LCD, hard drive that powers the GPS or anything else related to the electronics in the vehicle I can only image what the cost would be to replace it out of pocket.

Sorry to say you will loose the ability to see tire pressure, blower temp., etc... I got a Pioneer nav unit for the wife's Altima and the only thing that would still work is if you have XM radio they can use the same antenna. I'd say if you want a nav buy a portable unit.

I'm actually toying around with super-charging my 5.6L Pathy. I know they have one for the Titans but I haven't done any research to see if it will fit under the hood of the Pathy yet. 420HP would make a nice addtion to my daily commute.

While I don't think I'd ever want to get my Pathy sideways; pulling the fuse for the ABLS and sutting off the VDC in a V8 makes for some pretty lengthy burn-outs.
