I wouldn't think the little resonator/muffler in the rear would do much. I recently replaced the main muffler with a Magnaflow 12580 and it's slightly throatier/deeper but still very tamed and mellow. After I get my manifolds replaced hopefully under warranty since they're cracked, I am looking into...

Does anyone have an idea as to what bearings need to also be installed (should) during? As well as shims and seals needed?

Finally ordered my FD sets. But some questions, You wouldn't happen to have part numbers for the bearings needed as well as the shims/seals etc? Did your front FD kit come with any of those "master install" items, i.e seals/shims? I bought mine from Courtesy Nissan, and want to make sure I...

Ahh, thanks for clearing that up, appreciated. Now for my next question. What's the difference between the rear emulsion shocks on 4x4parts.com https://www.4x4parts.com/nissan/radflo-rear-emulsion-shock-p-6607.html And the items on PRG products website, aside from the ~170$ difference? http://www.pr...

Ahh, makes sense there.

Another question though, which one of those 2 give extended travel?

From the description, looks as if the remote reservoir unit does, but the descriptions usually leave something to be desired.

Difference & Avantages of Radflo 2.0 rear shocks

I see 2 options from 4x4parts.com 1 option = 200$ for a set of rear emulsion shocks. https://www.4x4parts.com/nissan/radflo-rear-emulsion-shock-p-6607.html The other, = 275 per shock and a remote reservoir. https://www.4x4parts.com/nissan/radflo-rear-20-noncoil-shock-with-remote-reservoir-p-6606.htm...

Ok, after doing some fairly extensive reading on multiple sites, I still have some confusion here. Courtesy Nissan's site is confusing. It has this listed for the R51: [38100] GEAR SET-FINAL DRIVE [38100] GEAR SET-FINAL DRIVE Pathfinder (R51) 38100-R51003 2008-2010 5.6L V8 48/13=3.692 & 47/16=2....

Fuel Revolver Wheels

Looking at the MHT Fuel line of wheels. Has any one tried any of these? http://addictivedesertdesigns.com/shop/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/revolver-black.jpg I am interested in the Revolver style. Looks similar to the series 98 steel wheel by Pro Comp. But I've read on ClubFrontier that they (Pro Com...

Northern New Mexico Camping

Nothing too wild or dirty. First camping trip of 2012. Weekend before Memorial Day. About 25-30 Miles east of Taos. Don't let the camper trailer fool you, I didn't tow it up, it belongs to a buddy of mine. http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y124/nmexmax/lajunta.jpg Don't think I would have fared too w...

Not sure if you know, but the smart key has a key to unlock your door. On the back side is a little lever, pull down and then pull the silver cap and you will have an actual key. That will unlock the driver door. Jesus I feel like an idiot! Thanks for the heads up. I took a quick glance before work...

Re: 2* timing advance for the Pathfinder V8

Im reading in the armada forum guys swearing buy the "Two degree timing Advance". Has anyone on the pathfinder done this? It sounds like a good performance mod with really no drawbacks. Apparently its just a setting in the ECU. Our engines allow 2 degrees more timing. The only drawback I ...

Transponder key issue

Long story short, dealership that I bought from (CarMax) never gave me the actual master key when I bought, and the battery died, and it's locked and all I have are my Intelligent/Smart keys. So, I believe my options are as follows. 1.) Call CarMax and give them an earful, and request a key, in hope...

Looks as if my UpRev Cipher needed a cable update, but even then I cannot change idle or base timing. :(

Ahh well.
