Sorry you got no answer on this one... Not too many folks have done them yet on R51s and not all were successful. I have fog lights and yes its big improvement with low beams (especially in rainy weather).But what is really weird is high beams they are useless in my case visibility is worse than low beams and this doesn't look normal to me. High Beams are usually a significant improvement. Maybe your headlight...
