check the outside under the wiper cowl to make sure the fresh air vents aren't plugged with debris or leaves.

the 31" tires were an option, they should work fine. Like the other poster said you might need to adjust the torsions a little as I am sure they have sagged. You can search you tube for exhaust clips. I test drove one the other day that had a flowmaster and it sounded decent. I will probally go...

could also be the fuel pressure regulator leaking into the vac line? does the truck run rich normally also?

are you strictly relying on the gauge or have you checked the under hood hoses for temp? does the heater not work either? have you checked your coolant level?

define slow... like the truck runs for 4-5 seconds or longer? does the oil lamp on the dash illuminate as well? what weight oil are you using and what is the ambient temp? Might be a bad oil pressure sending unit.
