Glad to hear it's working so far! Do you remember what kind (name, type, etc) of adhesive you used?

I have both a PF and an X and love them both, for different reasons at times. The X is much more sporty - maneuvering and off road-ability. Not to say the PF isn't good for off roading. But the angle of attack, the weight, etc. makes the X (IMHO) better for the dirt. But I wouldn't give up my PF at ...

Looks good!! I see you dont have the trim piece around the radio. Did yours come with one? Thanks! I did get the trim piece, but at the time I didn't have the right torx tool to remove the old one and put in the new one. We have since moved to the Seattle area so once settled in I will be installin...

Re-attaching a rear bumper...help or ideas?

Well, I went a little too far today on a dirt road and went down hard into a hole I didn't expect. The left-rear bumper hit dirt and it's now dislodged off the frame/mounts. The damage looks minimal and the bumper possibly re-mountable. The top front "loop" that a bolt goes thru is ...

Check the clips that "lock" the lifts onto the ball joint. Maybe the previous owner didn't install them correctly or the clips are bent.

Alternative to a Chilton or Haynes Manual for R51?

I just looked on both the Chilton and Haynes websites - there are no manuals for the R51 PF. So I was thinking of getting the "05-08 Xterra/Frontier" manual. Thinking much of the inner workings (engine, tranny, brakes, etc) should be the same or very similar. Or at least similar enough to ...

After install of my Clarion CX609

I had a request for seeing the CX609 installed. So sorry I didn't get any "during install" pics. The CX609 was a breeze to install. The only splicing was between the head unit's plug and the PF wiring adapters Crutchfield provided. There was also some splicing (3 wires) with the PAC steeri...
