I believe your rolling resistance will decrease by changing back to road tyres and you you should see your mpg improve! To what extent I dont know but maybe in the region of around 3-5mpg extra.

Tonneau cover

Can anyone tell me how to fit the tonneau cover to my Pathfinder? :? It is the two piece version that is supplied with the car and I cant for the life of me work out how its supposed to go on. Its assembled either in Ireland or Spain.
Yeah the Diesel 2.5ltr Turbo power plant makes some great torque. I was driving yesterday sitting about 50mph and the revs were sitting at 1600rpm in top gear.

Picked up the beast yesterday

Well picked up the Pathfinder yesterday at 3.30pm :D What a machine...love it!!!! Went for a drive to Stirling, about an 80 mile round trip, and managed to get 35mpg....not to shabby at all! Could be Storm grey metallic but i will confirm once I get the documents and yes, those are head light washers.
Apparantly law in europe requires cars with Xenon or HID lights to have washers fitted.
