I notice that everybody who's installed this suspension so far has said it's stiffer and more controlled even for pavement driving, yet also all of you have LE Pathfinders. You guys have any feel about how it compares to the SE suspension? I actually got an SE specifically because it was so much mo...

Re: Well ...

Overall I gained about 3" up front and 2 1/2 in the rear. Since I have the mediums up front, I figured it would raise it a bit higher. The truck has no rake now. Looks good. I am not at home so I can't post the pics yet, as well as the measurements. That sounds great. Looking forward to those ...

I went with the MEDIUMS Front and Back (OME 608 & 609). I opted for the medium up front becuase I am fitting a Shrockworks front bumper next month. OME claims that the spring rate is the same as the soft springs, but 15mm more lift. Even if I didn't get a bumper, the extra lift is always a plus...

Thanks for the measurements. That really helps with the big picture. Now we just need to hear how well it handles in the dirt! No pressure. If it happens, it happens.

Looking good. If you get the chance in another week or so, could you re-measure? I'm wondering how much it will settle after a bit of break in.

I know this is a bit off topic, but this thread seems to be taking all sorts of tangents, so I guess it will fit right in. I had posted earlier about a local company by the name of Rocky Mountain Outfitters. I mainly expressed interest in them because they carry all the OME parts, but I noticed on t...

Blink, I'm more curious as to the driving behavior now, so if you happen to notice something nice/bad whilst driving, please post your findings. Also, when you say the suspension feels stiff now, would you say that it's as bad as, say, Jeep stiff? The only Wrangler I ever rode in on the street, whic...

Now that you've had a few days to let everything settle & get some driving impressions, what are your thoughts? How is the ride now?

I started digging around a bit to see if anyone local to me would carry any of the OME parts. I blindly stumbled across a company called Rocky Road Outfitters, who happen to be a very large company a short drive away. No mention on their site about the OME suspension for the 2005+ Pathfinders (like ...

Excellent! I'd like to see a few more photos as well. The biggest question I have is if you noticed an increase in articulation, as the OME review article mentioned. That's the million dollar question. If there really is increased articulation, as in downward movement/travel, then it would be worth ...

Have you guys seen this thread?

Spacers, yes, but it gives a great example of what the PF will look like with a bit of a lift.

Your "rattling and banging" description is throwing off any kind of visual I try to create in my mind. My previous vehicle had IS up front, which I had to fully inspect a number of times because of various noises (ended up being the swaybar). It might be a lot to ask, but when you remove t...

That last photo of yours, sans wheel & tire, almost looks like the brake line is taut. That's the first thing my eyes went to when I saw it. Is there enough play in the line?

HERE is a link to it. Not sure how long I will host it though. At-least a few weeks. I was hoping it would be more technical regarding the install. Long enough for me to grab a copy. Thanks! I'm now looking forward to your on-road report from you short trip. Hopefully the ride isn't too stiff or ha...
