When I bought mine, i had my front passenger MF loose so I took it off and about all of the holes were stripped. I epoxied a small piece of ABS to each one and just made new holes into it.

Seems to have held up great.

Even though people have their problems, many people dont and are happy. It is not just with the Pathy that you have this. I have an 02 Ford Escape and my Brother in law has a 05 escape. He has replaced the water pump in it 2 times and had a couple other issues. the only big money I have put in mine ...

I am sure someone will reply with a more technical answer, but it is my understanding that if you are in 4WD the wheels will spin at the same speed so if you turn real sharp, you are getting some binding because the inside wheel is wanting to turn faster then the outside wheel.

I was going to post a new thread on rust as I have a dime sized spot on my driver's door. I have an 08 and it goes in today for an oil change and they are looking at it. I bought the exteneded warrenty, but not sure if it is covered. If not, am I better off going straight to Nissan or try to fight i...

The auto function is my friend when driving on the 4 lane...

People going 35 and 40 probably think, "look at this asshole, just because he's in an SUV, he thinks he can drive that fast..."

well... they are right! the Slip Control with the 4wd make it hard not to pass 3 cars going 35!

I have an 08 and when I bought it, I added the 7 year 100K mile to it... It will be good through 2015.

I am not sure what the requirements are for it. I know there are several ppl on here that have the 3rd party ones who can chime in.

Welcome by the way!

Well I picked up the trailer last week and got it home. Looks good and doesnt need much work at all. The one fender needs a little patching, but it pulled real nice. http://i919.photobucket.com/albums/ad38/jasunderland/Trailer/IMG_1636.jpg http://i919.photobucket.com/albums/ad38/jasunderland/Trailer...

Smells like Teen Spirit... well actually Burning rubber

I picked up my trailer this weekend and on the way home I could smell what I can only describe as burning rubber... you know the smell that happens before a tire blows... I pulled over and checked all 4 tires on the trailer and none smelled funny... i Then checked the Pathy and for some reason the p...

That thing should tow it great. I have a 16' car hauler and with my car loaded I'm at about 4500lbs. You definitely feel it but it still tows well, I would like to see how the V8 feels though :) We towed a 16' car hauler with 3 motorcycles and gear on it and the Pathy loved it... getting on highway...

Typically the weights are based on axle ratings. 5k is kind of a strange rating...that would be two 2,500# axles. Usually individual axles on a stout trailer like this would be 3,500# so a tandem will have a 7,000# rating. Some of the smaller, very light-weight trailers (like lowes carries) can hav...

Looks like a heavy trailer for sure. My 12' single-axle is about 1,100#. I'm betting that one goes 2,200-2,500#. You'll be ok with the V8 just so you load it properly. I don't care if the PF had a V12...it's still a smaller chassis than a full-size and won't tow as securely as something bigger. It ...
