I received the switch from OTRATTW today.

I don't really care for it. I want something that looks more stock.
It does look cool, but not next to the OEM switch. I am gonna go to the local electronics store and see what that can get.

Also, I am planning on using the audio mute of the Garmin to trigger a set of relays to kill the factory amps and pipe the Garmin audio through the drivers front speaker. This should give me a very clean looking install, no external speaker or audio interference from the radio or other audio sources.

Should I do this mod on a 2010 that is under factory warranty? I would hate to lose my warranty over something preventative if that makes any sense.

Mine is to the left of the tag on the bottom of the chrome trim. Just to the left of the rear hatch button. If my wife is home at lunch, I will get a picture.
