the belt looks fine. but its sounds more like the internal of the motor. I had someone stand in front with the hood open and I rev, its seem to be coming from the rear of the motor versus the front where the belt is. whats internal that will cause a whining sound? as stated by martyf250, can it be a...

what is the factory lbs for the shocks?
I installed the 225 and feel its too heavy or hard to close.
like to get a lighter one, perhaps one that is closer to stock, or one up.
would anyone like to buy my pair of 225?

Fuel sender sensor failed

the check engine light was a fuel sender sensor unit. basically affecting the fuel gauge. it will give you a false reading. it was replaced for free under Nissan. they issued an extended warranty for this unit. can't remember exactly, but they extended I believe 1 more year and another 15000 miles, ...

do I need to be concerned. i have an 05 with under 50,000 miles.
I do not tow. no off road.
its 4x4

I take it to dealer for tune up, etc.
if something was wrong, would they be honest and fix it before it got worst?
I also have extended warranty on it for another 2 years.

2005 deflector for hood with chips on paint

I was surprised to see small paint chips along the edge of the hood. I looked closely to see if t...

if the car is still under warranty, will the u-joint or driveshaft be covered?
also, what would cause these 2 things to go bad?
I recently took my truck off roading. easy trails, I was in 4 hi mode.
do I need to be concerned?
thanks.
