It is, I think all you would need is the Cerakote ceramic clear coating wipe since that's the ceramic coating that leaves plastic lens clear. According to nissanpartsdeal.com, they're interchangeable, BUT:

The R200 uses 39600-EA000 while R230 uses 39600-ZS00A.

You didn't say what the condition of the tires were and what they are because that could be why your Pathy follow grooves and imperfections too.
