I self installed a AVH-p8400bh, not quite a nav system but it has video and the like, steering wheel controls and backup cam installed as well. looks great. my only worry with a nav system is if you have a second box that needs to be behind the box you might have some trouble. unless its got some w...

Re: Discount tire

Went and had my BFG rotated today. Stupid me the last time I rotated them was over a year ago and I cupped the front tires. But the main story is that when checking the ballance on the tires the machine scratched the surface of the wheel and made a nice solid ring. The manager of the store told me ...

Re: latest muffler/exhaust choices

i am ready to put a exhaust on my 2008 SE 4.0 and eventually an intake mod (K&N or the V??something) i would like a nice growl when i step on it. however i do NOT want that annoying drone at typical cruising RPMs. i have been told that the stock pipe set up is pretty good. what is the latest th...

Now I just need HID fogs to make up for a little more light right in front of the vehicle. I have the same headlights from CarID. Those bits of shadow directly in front of the vehicle is the only real negative. I typically drive with my fogs on anyway, so it does fill in the shadow. Still, it would...

No problem I'm hoping they last for a while but I also want to install a lift Does anyone know how well the sensa trac and reflex shocks will perform with a 2" lift? No problem with the rear. Mine are paired up with OME springs (about 2.3" of lift) in the rear. I don't think you'll be abl...

Any feedback on the monroe shocks? Would you recommend them. I am considering replacing my original shocks and struts with Monroe in the next few months. Sorry it has taken me so long. I finally was able to set a side a day to do the install. It went smoothly after I figured out the stabilizer bar ...

I've not replaced my shocks on the pathfinder, but I've used monroe shocks on my old 89 nissan truck and they worked great. I've only heard good things about Monroe so let's hope the streak continues. The part numbers for what I ordered are Sensa-Trac strut part #71103 Reflex Rear shock part #91127...
