GB, thank you for the suppliers resources. I appreciate it. I'm still curious if Nissan had pre-wired my SE for a mirror, or if I have to pull out the headliner and/or windshield trim? Thank you again for your time everyone!

That is correct. I am talking about adding an aftermarket/Nissan OEM auto dimming rearview mirror to my SE. Any help and information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Auto Dimming Mirror Install: Anyone done this?

So, we purchased a slightly used 2007 SE--saved us $13,000 over buying new. It's a stripped down SE model with few options. I wanted the dual zone climate control, and auto dimming mirror--but saving $13,000 was more financially pleasing. Are all SE models pre-wired for the auto dimming mirror, and ...

Not a bad idea with the Aviation lighting. However it's a little out of my price range. So I got on www.harborfrieght.com and found some HID driving lights for $180. I'll check them out and let you guys know what I think. Thanks for the information!

Or perhaps make your own brackets. I think I'm going to make my own driving light brackets and I'll let everyone know how well they work. Or don't work. :)

http://www.harborfreight.com might have something that you're looking for for not a lot of money. I have a 2000watt inverter hardwired in. Never know when you're going to need to run a band saw. :)

There's always the $100 option from Walmart for a back up camera. Not a bad looking unit. Just need to wire the camera into your Navi system, or find a home for their monitor. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product. ... id=4744711

NAV System: Not stock but works great!

We wanted to save some coin and purchased a Garmin Nuvi 360 Navigation unit. We can download free voices, updated maps, and is very user friendly with Bluetooth, audio books, photo album (I know... silly), MP3 player, and gives accurate driving directions with restaurant, fuel station, lodging, ente...

I use a laptop mount in my truck and love it. It's a Jotto Desk and is solid steel construction.

Newbe from the Colorado Rockies.... having fun so far!

Well, after extensive research in finding the perfect mid-sized true 4 wheel drive SUV--and beating out the Ford Explorer V8, and Toyota 4 Runner V8, we went with the Pathfinder. We needed a mid-sized 7 passenger 4 wheel drive SUV that the wife could drive and we found it with the Pathfinder. We got...

Then if putting a bull bar or a grille guard isn't the way to go as the mounting points will cause damage to the front of my vehicle if something hits the front of my PF, then where am I supposed to mount aftermarket driving lights? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Looks like I might have to mount some driving lights in that space above the license plate to the right and left. Looks like rectangular lights mounted to the metal bar under the bumper. Just need to find some nice driving lights that won't break the bank.

It's too bad you can't find a descent aftermarket projector headlight set up that doesn't cost $500-$1,000. Most of the EBay stuff looks great if you're in the 18-25 age range with a dropped Civic.

Ahhh it's just a scratch! Some bondo, JB weld, duct tape, and a little paint, she'll be as good as new <tongue>.
