Ordered Airlift 1000 today for my birthday present. Looking forward to get it installed as I've heard nothing but great reviews from those who use them. I'll let you know how the install goes. Cheers!
I have an 07 Altima with the 3.5 and CVT an it has been great. I hav heard that the majority of reliability issues have been with the 2.5l version. I like how they mention the 17 Pathfinder has also been SAE certified to tow that weight as well. Usually a certification only left to full size Trucks ...
Hey, I noticed the exhaust sound is a little noisy on my 06. Almost sounds like a leak, but not for sure. I've looked over the entire exhaust except for under the exhaust manifold shrouds and can't find any damage. Just wondering what others Pathfinders sound like in comparison. Should I be expectin...
If your factory rear shocks are not leaking nor show any signs of loss in performance, you mind as well just leave them if you are considering replacing them with twin-tube design shocks. Monotube shocks offer better performance and heat dissipation and are an upgrade over twin-tubes. I keep my air...
I'm still happy with my ride. Its been 4-5 months now Thanks. I think I'll end up going with the Quickstruts and gas a justs when I do them. I really liked the upgrade of the gas a justs on my old Pathfinder. Hopefully the Monroe Quickstruts will firm up the front end a bit as well, and don't wear ...
I am considering the Monroe oe spectrum as well, but they are actually a twin tube oe replacement as per Monroe website (you got my hopes up, so I double checked). What psi do you run your airbags at just driving around unloaded? Do they do anything at a low psi? Another option could be the less exp...
Many people have gone with Bilsteins, especially in the rear. The stock, KYB's in the front really aren't that bad. A few have gone with the quick-struts from Monroe and have been happy with them. I went with KYB Excel/G2's in the front and Bilstein HD's in the rear, with Airlift 1000 air bags. How...
Had them for about a year, I recommend them. Ride was much improved after installing and expect about 3/4 inches of lift as well. I went ahead and got bigger tires and the Rancho quick lift struts a few weeks ago, ride is even better so think about it... You can lift the rear like I did with just t...
Put some gasket sealant between the rear hatch handle and hatch to keep the handle edges from digging into the paint and breaking it. It's hidden well, and I think it will protect the paint better. It had started to crack and showed a little rust.
