The pics of your fluid appear to be brand new. So you probably won't learn much from them...

You can see a few 'flecks' of oil in the coolant, but that could just be residue.

Well I just got the word from the dealership. They said it would cost $4200 to repair the transmission. But they said I'll have to pay $1500 of it.
I am thinking this might be better then nothing or no help.
At first they said they wanted me to pay exactly half but they went down to $1500 for me.

Do you all think this is a decent deal?

With your mileage, your copay should be $2500, so you're making out very nicely at $1500! I would be happy.

Did you get it from a Nissan dealership?
I would be concerned that they changed out the fluids & ignored the contaminated transmission fluid that was in it. I also wouldn't have them put the repaired transmission back in until they could tell you what caused it in the first place. If it is a result of contamination, then they will also need to replace the rad, otherwise you will have a headache again soon.

Well the dealership just finished rebuilding the transmission. I brought it home and first thing I did was do the bypass. I feel much better now. Also while I was under there I decided to but a thick layer of bed liner over the skid plate on both sides of it.
