1993 XE V6 as replacement for a 1991 SE-V6

Postby n3ckf » Wed Jul 30, 2014 9:29 am

So, anyone have any clues as to what might be the differences between the 1993 and 1991 models? My 1991 had an accident and i found a guy selling a manual 1993 XE V6 locally that has some interior damage due to a theft. I may pick it up and "transplant" parts from my 1991 to it.

DOes anyone know how compatable these trucks are? Will my snow tires fit? etc.? It looks like the only major thing different is the addition of the spoiler and 3rd brake light.

Does anyone know if 1993s have OBD-II?

Thanks

91 and 93 are very similar. In fact, there is a lot of interchangeability among all WD21 Pathys, depending on what you are looking for.

All WD21 Pathys are OBD I. OBD II wasn't introduced to the Pathfinders until the R50 debut in 1996, the year that all US vehicles had to be OBD II compliant.
