How to remove rear door panels.

Hi! I have a r51 2006 and I broke a rear door handle recently. I would very much appreciate detailed instructions how to remove the door panels to replace the door handle assembly.

I would look at the factory service manual. We have a link here, but it's not working correctly for me at the moment.
