I will get a set of arctic truck fender flares and I wonder which lifting kit I should use to fit 35" on the pathfinder?

A 6" lift can allow you to fit the 35's. I suggest to regear if you plan to put bigger tires.

Depending on the offset of the wheels, he will still need to do some trimming regardless.

I rubbed with 33's, -31mm Offset and 295's.
