Need Help Exhaust came loose from muffler

My exhaust pipe came loose from the muffler I guess the welding went back or whatever. What is a cheap way to fix this?

If it's the stub pipe that is part of the muffler-you need a new muffler. If it's a tailpipe piece, a clamp is the cheap route but a muffler shop could probably weld it for not a whole lot of $$.
