Pathfinder won't unlock

Hello
I'm hoping someone can help.
My 2009 pathfinder won't open. The door button is not responsive, except it activates the red light on the fob when pressed. The unlock button on fob is unresponsive. When I press lock button on fob the jeep beeps as if one of the doors is not closed properly when locking although all doors are locked. It is saying SECURE on the lcd screen. The key won't open the passenger door. It just turns both ways freely.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried replacing the battery in the fob? Maybe the entire fob is faulty? Has it gotten wet or dropped or damaged at all?
