I took this from google, but there are two plastic clips on the inside mouth of the bumper, I am missing one.. where can I get one besides the dealer pricing? Im new to Nissan and don't know of any oem websites yet.

If you get the Nissan part number, try searching for it on Ebay. A lot of clips are used by multiple manufacturers and can be picked up on the aftermarket, you local auto parts store or even in Lowe's in their hardware section.
