New here looking to buy a pathfinder
Looking to buy a 2005 pathfinder with 190k miles. Wanted to see what type of things I should look for pre-purchase so I know whether to run away or buy. 2wd, v6, in fair condition visually (paint peeling on hood, few scuffs on interior plastics, etc.)
You should make sure it had the radiator changed out as those models and later had issues with mixing of the transmission fluid into coolant. The dealers did it at no cost if the vehicle was in for its normal warranty work. I can't get the rear end aligned on my 2008 as my alignment bolts have all seized (NY winters)- will be costly to replace the control arms- future job.
