Good luck with that. I think low 2.0s are possible with correctly sized drag radials due to the gearing change, but you'll lose time on the top. I think you'll need some tranny work (high stall converter) or a small shot of nitrous. Just a little something extra to get our 5000 lb suvs off the line. I do hope you can prove me wrong, though. I know it will leave a lot harder than I am now with traction. Even with the WOT restriction still there, if I leave at about 2500, it'll light up the tires no problem. Will that get me a 1.9X, dunno. Thing is, I really don't wanna go out and buy a set of tires just to make one pass...serturbo wrote:Good luck with that. That was with a lot of head wind. I usually trap 94-95 in the 1/4. It still outran my previous best of:
2.084 --- 60 ft
[email protected] --- 1/8th
[email protected] --- 1/4
That run was on a different day with no head wind.
