i was pricing rotors today... the EBC ones look nice but $220 a pop is nuts!

Yes. If you tighten down to the correct specs, you're golden. HOWEVER, even more so with today's rotors, if they are over-tightened, like just zipped on with an impact gun NOT using torque sticks, you could very easily warp your rotors.you think torqing the wheels may cause the vibration?
