2016 Pathfinder Odometer - How to display

Postby Shorefisher » Mon Mar 01, 2021 8:31 pm

I have a 2016 Pathfinder and I cannot figure out how to display the overall odometer reading. I can find the two trip odometer readings. As I flip the display menu switch it cycles through several displays but none of them tells me how many miles my car has driven. I read the user manual. The instructions on page 2-4 are not very clear.

It says "The odometer and the twin trip odometer 1 are
displayed in the vehicle information display when
the ignition switch is placed in the ON position." What the heck is the "ON" position? The ignition switch is a button. No matter how many times you push it (foot on or off the brake) it does not show total mileage.

It says "Pushing the TRIP RESET switch 2 on the right
of the instrument panel to change the display as
follows: Trip A Trip A ----> Trip B ----> odometer". What the heck is that all about?

Please help me find out how many miles are on my car.

You don't have an LED readout of your total mileage between the speedometer and tach? I see mine as soon as I open the door. It sounds like something got disconnected or burned out. Take it to a dealer. That will be a warranty item for sure.
