Virtually all Nissan Homelink mirrors only require power and ground to work. Some of them have other functionalities like outside temperature, but they'll all dim normally and work the garage door even if the bells and whistles aren't connected. You can pretty much install any used one from any model that fits in the hole.
Does the Nissan description term used “day / night mirror “ indicate mine was equipped with auto dimming or just a regular one? Have looked at the manual but it’s at the mechanic awaiting to get the heater pipes replaced at the firewall.
I paid $220 for a non genuine item from Amazon. Plus another $250 for the install I recall.
