So .. does it make sense to renew my cooling system if its running fine?

Anything automotive in nature, be it Nissan or one of those "other" manufacturers.

I dont like the idea of an old radiator and TStat.
My radiator hoses have already been replaced.

But my vehicle (this is my other Nissan SUV the XTerra) does not overheat even in rush hour traffic in Florida 100F in the shade heat ( which I know is hotter on the road).

I am not hurting for money right n throw money away either..
Is it foolish to want to renew the cooling system of a car that seems to work fine even in this extreme hot weather?

Might not hurt to change out the radiator and/or tank if they're original, but only because plastic eventually gets brittle. In a well-maintained system with no sign of corrosion, embrittled plastic and rubber are the only real worries.
