I did some pre-tahoe work on the thing to button some stuff up.

Mainly I put the wheel well liners back in with some trimming. This is for the fronts. I took the rears off and cleaned them and just cleaned up the one side that has a weird protrusion into the wheel well but this was only to get a little extra space for the chains should i need them.

First the trimming.

I then drilled new holes up from below the front air damn. These where installed with some spacers (1/4 to 3/8 inch tall, between the liner and the upper portion of the air damn.

I then did some melting to reform the liner to tuck in better in the front and the back. The last picture is a little messy.

Not perfect but good enough for me. Note that I no longer have a mud guard. I may eventually put a soft one on but the way everything turned out they no longer fit.

And while I am posting, here is a teaser for the next modification. Not sure when i will get to it as it will require some drilling and careful placement and I have a newborn coming in like 2 weeks most likely.
