It's creeper and can be used for rust proofing and safe on all electrical and rubbers.
3-4 cans covers the entire frame and underneath, wells. etc and you have some left over to "go over" other areas.
Seems to do a good job for the price.
For rust, PB blaster for sure - but this stuff gives headaches if not used in good ventilated areas.
for bolts/nuts - buy a Milwaukee Compact Impact (18V or 12V) and blast the nuts off. T
I was able to remove 24mm steering rack nuts with a 12V Milwaukee Compact impact if one can believe it.
