drivers seat auto function problem

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone has a problem where the auto function for the seat to move foward and backward will move too much foward sometimes and requires the driver to hit the seat position button to make it move back to the right position. it doesnt do it everytime i get in the car but when it does, it moves forward too much, only an inch over or so, over where the seat is supposed to be. any fix for this since nissan couldnt find anything wrong (as usual)
