2008 Pathfinder 18,000-mile maintenance

I have a 2008 Pathfinder (V6 LE) with 18,000 miles. Is it time for a coolant flush and brake oil change? What other maintenance do I need? I'm trying to avoid dealership because we all know they cost an arm and a leg! Thank you!
