2011 Nav start-up screen

Looking at trading in my 2010 Maxima to go back to a Pathfinder (had an '09 LE and miss it).

The '09 had the nav system that I had to hit an "agree" button each time going to the map after starting the car. This drove me nuts - the maxima does not have this feature.

Do the 2011 pathfinders have this or do they go to map without having to "agree" to the disclaimers?

all navi systems must go through this disclaimer. its a liability.
in my experience anyway.

My 2010 maxima does not require it. Also, I believe the 2011 Murano does not require it.

Does the 2011 Pathfinder Nav have weather?
