will they fit?

Hey guys I have an 06 pathfinder s and I was wondering if the moto metal MO951 black rims would fit on the stock 245 65 r16 tires. All the sites i have checked said they would fit, but I figure it would be a good a idea to check with you guys. Here is the link

They will fit the oem tires fine.
