just bought a 08 Path, SE V6 auto, 105k miles on highway, just noticed a vibration around 37-40mph, otherwise everything perfect on all speed and gear, did someone had info on this?

Had same thing happen to our 05, turns out it was the front drive shaft Ujoint on the front diff. It got progressively worse. Took it apart and it was all hollowed out. Bought part at nissan 45$ tech there put it in for me there on his own time for 25$, rides as smooth as silk now.

is your internal transmission cooler by-passed? no

vibration happends on low rpm when i cruise on a flat road when hit a slope
the vibration start....done some test tonight look like it happening on the OD.......heard a small noise during downshifting ........ automatic transmission....

I sure hope you've got some sort of warranty from the dealer you bought it from. You've got the symptons of the transmission cooler failure and the resulting damage to the transmisison. I'd be taking the truck back to the dealer ASAP and try to get them to fix it (i.e. replace the transmission and radiator) or give you credit for another vehicle they have. Take some time and read through this forum if you haven't already.
