Hello all, and thanks for putting together such a useful forum.

I have joined this forum before, rather than after, purchasing a Pathfinder, in hopes of using the experiences of current owners to inform my purchase. I'm set on a pathfinder, 2nd gen, v6/4x4/5spd, because the truck is for snow country (higher elevations of North Carolina).

The wife is pretty set on sport utilities. I replied, ok, but it has to be a truck, not some overgrown civic on stilts.

I'll be hoping to find information about things to look for, things to avoid, and possibly even find a well loved truck in my area.
