LED taillights

Postby Gray » Fri Mar 28, 2008 3:35 pm

Have any tried installing LED tail light bulbs, do they work as plug and play or is a resistor required so that the system doesn't think because of the low resistance that they are burnt? Thanks.

GB--unless you have and LED bulb with a built in resister or unless you add a resister the LED bulbs will be dimmer and flash faster (kind of like when one of your other signals are burnt out) than the stock bulb. I tried this on my PF and got those results.
