I think visibility should not be sacrificed to save money. I change my wiper blades every six months. Extreme heat dries out the blade while extreme cold and ice tear up the blade as well.

I do however like the bosch icon blades. They seem to work good for me.

+1 for the Icons.

Bosch has released some lower price point models using the same technology though, the Clear Advantage and Evolution.

I've been running the Anco Profile blades and very happy with them on the PF. They work great all year as they're a one-piece and do a great job with snow build-up.

PIAA are the best. They arent cheap but you will never buy anything else ever again.

So far I like the wiper blades that came with my 2012 PF, no streaks or noise they just work very well.

Living in Vancouver, I also use the Rain-X wipers. If they can handle the rain here, they can handle the rain anywhere :D. I also use the Rain-X windshield treatment.

Yeah...pretty much any wiper will work for rain. It's when you mix in snow/ice/etc that they go to crap. Cheapo blades no workie in snow/ice.

We next to never get snow, in the city. You can see it on the North Shore Mountains. Is that the white stuff that is cold to the touch? :D

I've been using Anco winter blades. All year round. Since we typically only get thunderstorms in the summer here, they really aren't used much in the warmer months. The reason I use these in the winter is that the metal framing is not exposed, meaning the ice and snow will not stick to them, build up on them, drag crap across the glass, etc.

Still waiting for someone to mod their rear wiper arm so that it can take a normal blade.

I used Rain-X blades and was happy with them, but switched to Neoforms when they were due. While the Neoforms performed well, they were a lot noisier and fell apart after 8 months of use. I switch back to the Rain-X blades and like them better.

For the rear blade, I used a Trico Exact-fit and it was just like the OEM Nissan blade it replaced. I highly recommend it!

Count me as another Rain-X wiper blade user. Had them on my Jeep and they worked wonderfully. I also am a religious user of Rain-X window treatment as well.
