Hello

Postby Skoobie » Wed Mar 13, 2013 9:37 am

Hi everyone! New to the forums here. My wife and I just purchased our first Nissan this weekend in an effort to accommodate our growing family. Picked up a 2012 Pathfinder (came from a 2011 Subaru Forester). Not ALL the bells and whistles but nicely equipped. We had it narrowed down to a Pilot or a Pathfinder but we both liked the rugged looks more on the Pathfinder so we pulled the trigger. I'm no mechanic but I do enjoy turning my own wrenches so I'm looking for any tips you guys might have for driveway maintenance  My daughter's still working on a name for it but here's a pic!

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Don't plan to mod/off-road her, she's mainly a family transport vehicle. But it certainly will be handy on the trips up to the mountain for snow fun. :)

Welcome to the forum. I have an Aunt that lives in Vancouver and works for HP and my sister lives across the river in Beaverton and is a Nurse. Not sure how much snow you will deal with but I know you will have plenty of rain. It seems every time I visit all it does is rain.

Looks good! I too like the more rugged look of the Pathfinder over the Pilot. Had thought about a 4Runner too, but found my Pathfinder instead and am happy with my choice.
