Just bought 08 LE V8

Hey all - just picked up an 08 LE v8 in grey - nice low 85,000 kms - (50K Miles for most of you I suppose.)
Seems in pretty great shape save for a tire pressure sensor and squeaky belt, which seems pretty common.
Planning a transmission replacement - although my car is still covered under the 10yr/160,000km cooling/ transmission warranty extension. Though it appears that includes a 3500$ co-pay, so perhaps its worth the 100-600$ investment now?
I'll keep reading, but is there anything else that is either MUST do in terms of fix or upgrades, things to look out for, great bang for the buck kind of toys?
Been driving (and fixing, sadly) jeeps for the last 10 or so years. Looking forward to the switch. And the smoother ride.
